The Record Office is open every weekday from 8:30AM – 5:00PM whereas the Warrant section is available 24/7. To request for information from the Sheriff’s Office, one can submit an online request by filing the online request form made available from the county’s website. One can also fill out a paper form request and either sends it through mail, fax or email. The Sheriff’s Office will call the requestor when the report is available for pick up or will email or mail the report if requested.
Before a report is released, the Sheriff’s Office has 10 days to determine if the document is considered as public or access is restricted. Suspect’s copy is an edited version of the original whereas the complete version is made available to the latter’s attorney upon request from the court or during the court discovery process. Payments for the record depend on the actual cost of the request.
